Registration Form

To register for workshops please complete the following online form. A deposit of $150.00 is required with the completion of the form, refundable (minus a $50 processing fee) up to 35 days prior to the start of the workshop. Payment in full is due 35 days prior to the start of the workshop, with no refunds after 35 days. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time with a full refund. Confirmation will be sent for each course when deposit is received. It is advisable to purchase refundable airline tickets, we cannot be responsible for cancellation of workshops. 

Daily classes are due in full at the time of registration. Refundable only if class is canceled
