Students who want to improve their color, composition and value skills.Through various exercises you will have a deeper understanding of how to capture the subject matter in a more precise way. Mother nature is a wealth of information, you will take some of that and incorporate it into your paintings. The goal is to appreciate the importance of outdoor painting.This is the most valuable tool you will have in developing larger landscape paintings. These studies are the soul of studio work. You will spend the last day indoors using one of your studies to help with a studio painting.
Gabor Svagrik was born and raised in Hungary. He is a graduate of American Academy of Art in Chicago. He has traveled extensively capturing the Western landscape en plein-air. He studied with Matt Smith,Scott Burdick and Robert Moore. Awards: are from Oil Painters of America and Pastel Society of America.
